Accommodation

What is the price?

We have two main offers: Saturday night and school and bank holidays, from 290€. Other nights from 260€. In all cases breakfast is included.

Preferential prices are in place if you book two nights or more.

Do not hesitate to make a sample reservation so that you can find the exact price for your preferred dates.

What type of accommodation is available?

Ecrin d’Auvergne offers 2 categories. Lodges with a Jacuzzi and bioclimatic pergola and the Lodge ‘Quiétude’, with a Jacuzzi and summer-house.
All the Lodges are similar in their construction and positioning, the only difference being their decoration. They are 31m2 inside, and each Lodge has a private terrace of 24m2 with a Jacuzzi. All the lodges are designed for two adults.

How do I make a booking?

Book online via our website www.ecrin-auvergne.com, to get the best price. The reservation is entirely secure. We are also available by telephone on +33 471 78 78 78 for any information you might need.

How do I book?

To complete your reservation, you need to pay the total for your stay in advance. For a longer stay, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can arrange this.

What other options are available once on-site?

Options include, for example: dinner,‘option romantique’, ‘l’apéritif champagne’, late departure…. You can find all these options on our web-site and they can be reserved online when you book. If you forget something, you can contact us by e-mail or telephone so that you can complete your reservation.

What are check-in and check-out times?

We will welcome you between 17:00 and 19:00; for an arrival outside these hours, please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.
Departures are by 11:00. A later departure time of 13:00 is available at the time of booking in some lodges.

What are the services and offers ?

The tariff includes breakfast and use of the private Jacuzzi on your terrace. When you book, you can choose various options: dinner, ‘l’option romantique’, ‘l’apéritif champagne’, late departure . . .

We are available between 08:00 and 21:00

What amenities are available in the bedrooms?

Our lodges have a Queen sized bed (160cms), a large walk-in shower with a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher, a ground coffee machine, and a Bluetooth speaker. Wifi is available in all lodges.
Outside, there is a 24m2 private terrace with a view of the natural surroundings, and a private Jacuzzi.

Is the hôtel suitable for families?

Our concept is Adult only: holidays without children.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Our establishment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Is the hôtel romantic?

Ecrin d’Auvergne is a haven of peace where couples can reconnect, recharge their batteries . . . we offer a break away from it all, completely immersed in nature.

How do I get there?

You can get to Ecrin d’Auvergne either by car or train.

Is transport available from an airport?

Is parking available ?

There is a free car park reserved for our guests. It is about 200m from the lodges. You can drop your luggage at the reception close to the lodges, but parking is at the car park.

Is the establishment close to a town centre?

We are surrounded by nature.

What are the nearest towns?

Ecrin d’Auvergne with private Jacuzzis is 15kms from Bort les Orgues, 29kms from Super Besse, 45kms from Le Mont Dore, 1h15 from Clermont Ferrand, 1h40 from Brive, 2h from Limoges, 3h from Lyon, 3h25 from Bordeaux, and 5h10 from Paris.

Dining

Does the establishment have any restaurants?

Ecrin d’Auvergne offers dinner as an option. Reservation for dinner needs to be made 24h in advance so that proper care can be made in preparing the quality dishes you will have. Dinner will be in your lodge, all you have to do is reheat it. Like this, you will be completely independent and can eat without interruption.

How do I reserve a meal?

You can reserve your dinner, either when you make your booking or at least 24h in advance (by telephone or e-mail).

What do you offer for breakfast and at what time will it be delivered?

Breakfast is delivered to your lodge between 08:30 and 09:00. We use a maximum of local products and/or organic. You can have a hot drink, fruit juice, home made yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bread, jam, honey, charcuterie from the area, local cheeses . . .

What restaurants are available in the area?

Before your arrival, you will receive a welcome pack in which you will find all the information you might need for your stay, including good restaurants in our area. Please make sure you book a table.

Does the lodge have a Jacuzzi?

Each lodge has its own private Jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola or a summer-house.

Does the lodge have a spa/gym?

We have a specialist who can come to your lodge.

Main activities close by include walks, cycle rides, horse-riding, swimming in the lakes . . .
