The products we use for all our meals have been carefully selected by us. They have to be of a high standard and ecologically and environmentally friendly.
With our ecological and environmental approach, we use as many reusable containers as possible to reduce waste.
Our menus are composed of a dish of the day and a dessert, and are simple and tasty.
To give you as example, depending on the day, you will have Poulet Basquaise, Daube de Joue de Boeuf (beef cooked in red wine), Duck leg . . . .
Your Lodge has its own mini-bar: organic fruit juice, local beers, wine and champagne.
