Our food
The products we use for all our meals have been carefully selected by us. They have to be of a high standard and from an ecologically responsible source.
Most of our food is organic (fruit juice, coffee, tea, jam) whenever we can from our region, (home-made yoghurt) and with an ethic of Fair Trade.
In our quest for eco and environmental responsibility, we use as many reusable containers as possible to reduce waste.

Breakfast
Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, so if we want to fully appreciate the day, it has to be tasty and generous.
Most of our food is organic (fruit juice, coffee, tea, jam) whenever we can from our region, (home-made yoghurt) and “Fair Trade”.
Your breakfast is delivered to your Lodge; in your basket you will find fruit juice, coffee, tea, chocolate, bread and pastries (either from the village baker or baked on site), butter, jam and honey, fruit in season, and also home-made yoghurt and in option eggs, local cheeses, charcuterie from the Cantal. .

Dans notre démarche de développement durable, nous privilégions des contenants réutilisables afin de limiter les déchets.
Les menus composés d’un plat du jour et d’un dessert sont simples et gouteux.
À titre d’exemple, selon les jours, vous dégusterez du Poulet Basquaise, de la Daube de joue de boeuf, cuisse de Canard …
Sur place vous disposez d’un mini-bar : jus de fruits Bio, bières locales, vins et champagnes.
